"This has to be the worst insurance agency ever. We’ve been unable to reach her by phone. She doesn’t return calls, she’s always on vacation or constantly updating her social media profiles. Bad customer service is one thing but in an emergency for an elderly person to not get the assistance Needed for a policy she pays for religiously is unacceptable and should be unlawful to do such. If she has enough time to update social media she has enough time to return calls to her clients. I would suggest everyone stay clear from this office. The secrets answers and stated she doesn’t have to answer any of our questions. Are these people insane? You take money but don’t want to do your job. We will report her to every state and federal agencies in our full capacity. There’s no way no other agent can assist my mother because this woman plays games with people lives and health. Stay away from them and she should loose her license for the bad business her and her staff are running."
